Kindergarten Baby

I started kindergarten when I was 4 years old and I didn't turn 5 until Thanksgiving.  I loved my teacher, Mrs. Cook, but I thought she lived in the kindergarten room closet.  She would go in there and stay for a long while and come out with all sorts of things.  I also thought that all cats were girls and all dogs were boys.  Think about it!  It makes a lot of sense.
"...but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known".  I Corinthians 13:11-12
Dear God,  Help me to remain childlike, but not childish.  Give me a soft heart to hear your voice and see the needs of others around me.  In Christ name and for His sake, Amen
